Journal from Houston
I arrived in Houston 2 days ago.
After saying goodbye with a Doha friend from the airport (over MSN), I took another 15 hours to reach Houston.
The 2nd half of the flight was OK. The only thing was that, I couldn't sleep. After watching plenty of movies... Confession of a shopperholic, Marley & Me, Brides War, Bolt, He's just not into you, etc., etc.... I still couldn't sleep. So, when I arrived in Houston, I was so ready to bed right after dinner.
Yesterday was a shopping day. We went to the outlet mall and got ourselves plenty of branded items with price at least 50% cheaper than what we have in Malaysia. We spent about 6 hours there and got ourselves bags, work dresses, pants, hats, etc.
Today is a work day for Ning. So, I just wonder around The Galeria where the hotel we stayed was. Plenty of stuff to shop but I guess I was overdosed with too much shopping the day before. Nothing in particular catches my attention. Ning's mom came visit with 2 kids and at the end of the session... all I can say is that it's exhausting taking care of babies --- at least not 2 at a time.
And now, I am writing my post from the new MacBook Pro that Ning gave me as a surprise present!!! Cool looking Apple laptop but I am still not used to Mac yet. And not forgetting the new Ipod Touch that came together. Muahahahhahhh... so happy now.

The products are really smart, completely user-friendly and very intuitive. To set up something on pc it takes 10 steps, on macbook it takes 1. good for IT challenged ppl like me. :)
