Making Frozen Cheese Cake
The last time I made the frozen cheese cake was when I was still studying in Penang. It was more than 10 years ago.
Since I moved to KL, work has been occupying most of my time, not to mention play too :P As we don't have the necessary kitchen equipment readily available like how you can find everything in Mom's kitchen at home, making cheese cake is just too much hassle.
Personally, I never really like desert because they are sweet. That's why the cheese cake I made will never be "too sweet" as most of the time, I used less than half of the sweet ingredient needed.
My mom has been asking me why I never make the cheese cake anymore. She made it sounds like she missed it so much but I know the fact that she doesn't like cheese or desert. It's either she is trying to praise me or my cheese cake is damn chun!
From all the positive feedback and support from my cheese cake "fans", I decided to make one again... since I am having a potluck party tomorrow.
It took me about an hour to make the cheese cake... from getting the kitchen ware cleansed and all the ingredients ready, to setting the base and mixing the cheese and sending it to the fridge to sit overnight.
We shall see if the cheese cake is as good as how I remember it by tomorrow.
Pictures? I didn't take any picture... will snap a few and post them tomorrow.
For those who wants to try the easily made frozen cheese cake, well, you can google the recipe from the Internet. If you can't find it, then you email me. Lazy to type.
