Moving Places

2 days ago, Ning finally moved out from the apartment he has been staying for the past 3 years to... the one next door - a 2-bedroom apartment because the mom will be in town a few hours from now.

We started the actual "moving" at 7pm for 2 hours with the help of very helpful friend - Yvonne since Ning was till not back from work. His neighbor's daughter, Mairead also came to "help out" too.


As Ning has lots of stuff at his place, I mean lots of them, we had categorized the items into gadgets, golf, bags, etc. We have pulled out so many toys of his... from roller blade to skateboard, from binocular to bowling, and we even found an old Sony Vaio from one of the pile of bags... When we tried to pack all the bags into a big box, a big green bag was especially heavy. We thought there was another bowling ball in it. We open it, and both of us stared at it... and we laughed...

Guess what, this is what we found.

After 2 hours, we were not anywhere near done. But we stopped for dinner. The packing and unpack started again... until 2am, but there are still plenty to go.

Yesterday the staff brought in other bigger items into the apartment while I went to work. It was all done when I returned. Nice! Thanks to Yvonne and Jessica.

It's still messy at the new apartment... and we can't seem to find the stuff we need... Sigh, it might take awhile to get his stuff back to order.
